Terms of Service

1 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the website located at starrenterprise.net (the "Site") and purchasing services from Starr Enterprise Holdings Inc. ("Starr Enterprise," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

2 SERVICES

Starr Enterprise provides business consultation, marketing strategies, technical support, and executive advisory services (collectively, the "Services"). Specific deliverables are outlined in your individual Service Agreement or Invoice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without notice.

3 USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration or onboarding process.
Maintain the security of your password and identification.
Accept all responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account.
Not use the Site or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4 PAYMENTS AND BILLING

Fees:

Fees for Services are set forth on our pricing page or in your specific Proposal/Invoice.

Recurring Billing:

For subscription services (e.g., Marketing Solutions, Executive Access, AMT Solutions), you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

Late Payments:

Invoices not paid within 5 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 5% and suspension of Services.

Refunds:

All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a specific Service Agreement.

5 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our IP:

All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Site (including "Starr Enterprise" and "SHIC Coffee") are our property. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

Your IP:

You retain ownership of any materials you provide to us for the purpose of the Services. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use such materials solely to perform the Services.

6 CONFIDENTIALITY

We respect your business secrets. Any proprietary information shared during the course of our Services will be kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

7 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starr Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.

8 GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Georgia. Starr Enterprise and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Georgia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
